About the Role:

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for brand and tactical marketing across multiple sites, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.

You will play a pivotal role in crafting and communicating the brand proposition, working with creative agencies, and developing marketing campaigns that resonate with the client’s audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand across multiple sites.
• Create brand propositions and marketing campaigns that bring our identity to life.
• Work closely with operations teams and local CRMs to activate marketing strategies.
• Research and evaluate media options for multisite marketing initiatives.
• Write briefs and develop compelling marketing communications.
• Manage and support in-house Designer, ensuring workload is prioritised effectively.
• Brief and collaborate with creative agencies to execute campaigns.
• Influence and align marketing efforts with luxury branding standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Healthcare – industries with high footfall and multisite presence.
• Strong brand marketing background – able to develop and implement compelling brand strategies.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions proactively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – able to navigate big personalities and opinions across departments.
• Experience managing agencies and creative teams.
• Excellent communication skills – able to present and influence across the business.
• Attention to detail – ensuring all brand assets align with our luxury positioning.
• While digital marketing is covered by other team members, an understanding of digital and email marketing would be beneficial.
• Ideally, some leadership/management experience.

Location:

Due to the office location, this position would suit candidates living in Essex and surrounding areas, including Chelmsford, Brentwood, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Romford, Colchester, Braintree, Witham, and further afield.
