Our client is a leading software company dedicated to innovation and excellence. The company grows continually through acquisitions. They are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the finance team and help maintain the financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Ledger
2. Purchase Ledger
3. Monthly Reconciliations: Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts and bank statements.
4. Prepayments and Accruals: Manage prepayments and accruals, ensuring all financial records reflect the company's financial position accurately.
5. Monthly credit card reconciliations

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years' experience in an accounts assistant role or similar.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
5. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
