We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Corporate Transaction Associate to join our team in Springfield, MA, with a tremendous opportunity to inherit a million-dollar practice within the next year. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of both real estate and corporate law, with significant experience in acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing of commercial properties, as well as structuring and negotiating corporate transactions. Experience representing major real estate groups and auto dealers is highly preferred, as is a strong understanding of the unique legal and business considerations in these industries.
