Are you a passionate Pharmacist with outpatient or pre-registration hospital experience? We have an exciting opportunity just 30 minutes from London with progression opportunities from Band 6 to 7!

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic pharmacy team and play an integral role in delivering patient-centered care. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing medication reviews, patient counselling, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Whether you're improving patient care or ensuring medication safety, your expertise will have a direct impact on health outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. GPhC Registration
  2. Experience in outpatient pharmacy or pre-registration hospital pharmacy
  3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  4. Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
  5. Ability to progress from Band 6 to Band 7 with demonstrated performance
Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This position offers a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts. The contract is ongoing, with a strong opportunity for extension or progression depending on performance.
