Cleaning Operative

At Bath & North East Somerset Council we have one overriding purpose – to improve people’s lives.

Bath and North East Council is looking to appoint a permanent Cleaning Operative primarily for Council offices and event spaces at the imposing guildhall in the heart of Bath, as well as other buildings within Bath that BANES occupies. The successful applicant will need to be able to get to and from work locations via their own means, work on their own under the instruction of the Cleaning Supervisor and team leader, and maintain all areas in a clean, tidy, and healthy condition to work. Previous experience is not essential as full training can be provided; however, applicants must be reliable, conscientious, and able to work without supervision, and in a team.

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 6am-8am
