We are now looking for a Group Statutory Reporting, Audit and Treasury Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high calibre ACA or ACCA qualified finance professional with FRS 102 auditing experience to take on a leading role with our forward-thinking organisation.

You will have an immediate impact by shaping our financial direction and contributing meaningfully to our long-term success, playing a critical role in our success and ensuring our financial health.

The Role

As a Group Statutory Reporting, Audit and Treasury Manager, you will oversee all financial operations across the organisation, ensuring the group’s financial integrity and regulatory compliance.

Specifically, you will:

- Prepare timely statutory financial statements for the group and its subsidiaries
- Liaise with auditors
- Develop financial reporting policies
- Drive accuracy across all statutory returns

Beyond this, you will maintain group tax compliance, manage complex domestic and international tax matters, and co-ordinate internal audits to identify risks and uphold strong financial controls.

Additionally, you will:

- Oversee the implementation of financial reporting and compliance updates
- Manage the group’s treasury function, ensuring liquidity and financial risk management
- Deliver cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive reporting and audit preparation

About You

To be considered as a Group Statutory Reporting, Audit and Treasury Manager, you will need:

- To hold an ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- At least four years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience preparing FRS 102 statutory accounts and managing audits
- Proven experience working with external auditors
- A solid understanding of regulatory compliance and financial control frameworks
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
