Permanent contract. 44 hours each week. 8pm - 8am, 4 week rolling rota with alternate weekends

As a Care Team Leader, your role is crucial to our home. You will drive a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality, personal care to our residents, inspiring and developing them to be their best every day. You’ll be motivated, positive, and possess great interpersonal skills, enjoying working in a close-knit team. You’re pivotal in running a unit, working alongside the Nurse to aid with clinical duties for the home.
You should have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care. We’re happy to support you in the completion of your qualification if needed. Previous experience in the role and knowledge of its rewards and challenges are essential. Most importantly, you will have a passion for making a real difference in people’s lives, providing the kindness, personalized support, and dignity they need.
We’ll train you on all aspects of our new digital care, transforming how we work, making things easier, and allowing you to focus on clinical excellence and care for our residents.
