WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Leading from the front and working shoulder to shoulder with crew and managers.
• Developing, leading and managing the store team while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries.
• Demonstrating close attention to detail.
• Creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun.
• Responsible for reward and recognition.
• Accountable for all aspects of your store including the day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
• Driving the Five Guys culture by always role modelling our values.
• Having full ownership of your P&L, which means driving sales whilst controlling costs.
• Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline.
