Head of Supply Chain and Operations - Multi brand leader driving excellence and growth.

Supply Chain Associate

At Keto Hana and CRU Kafe, we’ve discovered that by sharing expertise across both our brands, we can both build bigger businesses faster. For the first time, we’re hiring together, with the opportunity to work across both brands.
At Keto Hana, we started as nutrition enthusiasts with an obsession for ingredients that our bodies love, and food that our taste buds love. After a few years rapid growth selling directly to our wonderful customers online here in the UK, we’re now listed nationwide in Holland & Barrett, Whole Foods, Planet Organic and others. We’ve raised capital and teamed up with some amazing partners to support our growth online and offline, and we’re looking to grow our team.

At CRU we believe in setting a new standard for coffee; the torch-bearers for flavour, quality and taste - challenging the way people think about the coffee they’re consuming. Underpinning everything we do is our dedication to our organic principles; meaning that we don’t just deliver the best experience for our customers, but for our farmers, producers, and everyone else who has a part to play in its production. Starting out with a single coffee capsule back in 2013, we’ve now got a whole range of pods, bags, beans and grounds that can be found in anywhere from 5-star hotels to the shelves of your local Waitrose; forming the perfect springboard for growth in 2024 both in the UK and US.

We’re both looking to recruit a Supply Chain Associate who will work with our Head of Supply Chain to strengthen our supply chain operation. This is a role with plenty of scope for development for the right individual.

What we think that looks like:

  • Purchase Order Processing
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Transport/Deliveries Booking & Scheduling
  • Receipts, Stock Transfers & Allocations
  • Customer Support
What we think you look like:
  • Experience in Retail, Purchasing, Warehousing or another form of Supply Chain
  • Understanding of Warehouse, Inventory and Transport Management System platforms, and/or Enterprise Resource Planning/Material Requirement Planning Systems.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Control
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • You probably love nutrition, fitness, and wellness (but you don’t have to love keto!)
  • Coffee enthusiast
  • A team player: we’re both growing businesses with lean teams, and we all wear multiple hats from time to time
What it’s like to work with us:
  • We don’t believe in career ladders or tiers of management - if we have enough smart people in the room, we’ll solve the problem
  • People are productive when they can take care of themselves. Expect generous holidays and to be left alone in the evenings
  • Hybrid/Flexible/WFH – open to discussion for the right person.
