Role: Enterprise Account Director (Software)
Location: Remote, travel where needed
Business:
This role is purely focused on Account Growth and success. It won’t be targeting new logos.
A hugely well-respected, well-established Tech consultancy who provide several services largely relating to Software Development, Web and Digital across several enterprise brands.
Having sustained continued growth over the last decade, the business is now well primed to look at almost doubling their growth over the next couple of years.
Role:
As an Account Director, you’ll work strategically to understand their current customers' challenges and help to identify opportunities for business growth. This will suit someone who’s used to owning the relationships with 1 or 2 large Accounts. You’ll be used to working with cross-functional teams largely made up of (developers, business analysts, project managers, testers and more).
The role's success will be identified by customer happiness and new initiatives within your customer portfolio.
