  • Ability to provide expert advice on planning policies and regulations; we are looking for candidates who can answer complex planning questions with a very good understanding of planning policies and their implications on the planning feasibility of development.
  • Experience in working with various projects across multiple geographies; ability to think analytically to translate complex queries into software code.
  • Ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.

  • Extensive experience in planning in the UK.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RTPI) is very welcome.
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations.
  • Understanding of planning across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland preferred.
  • Proficiency in internet searching, Microsoft Suite, and experience in vector-based drawing tools.
