Design & implement talent development strategies across the employee lifecycle

IN SHORT

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Partner to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive talent development strategies across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to succession planning, supporting our cross-European workforce.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your key focus and responsibilities include:

  • Early Careers Program Design: Develop and manage programs for entry-level employees, including internships, rotational programs, and graduate schemes.
  • Career Pathing: Create clear progression frameworks and career development roadmaps for employees across the company.
  • Performance and Talent Reviews: Constantly improve the existing frameworks, ensuring they align with organizational goals and development needs.
  • Succession Planning: Design and implement a framework to identify critical roles and develop succession strategies to ensure business continuity and talent readiness.
  • Development Plans: Work with managers and employees to create individualized development plans that address skills gaps and career aspirations.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and structured offboarding processes.
  • Coaching: Develop strategy related to coaching to enhance performance and professional growth.
  • Mentoring: Establish and oversee mentoring programs that connect experienced professionals with developing talent.
  • HiPo Engagement: Identify and develop high-potential employees through specialized programs and growth opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development or Talent Management.
  • Strong understanding of talent development best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective TM programs.
  • Experience with performance management processes and succession planning.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
  • Adaptable, agile, and flexible.
  • Experience working with pan-European employees is highly desirable.
