As an Instructor, you will deliver training in Weapons Engineering principles to Phase 2 recruits.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver training in Royal Navy systems maintenance and fault-finding for the Weapons Engineering Department.
• Support continuous improvement and meet quality/performance targets.
• Enhance training delivery, quality, and teaching practices using learning technology.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Use data to improve services and performance.
• Collaborate across Weapons Engineering departments.
• Align activities with the Learning programme's objectives.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience within Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical qualification would be preferred (Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering would be an advantage).
• Any training qualifications would be desirable.
• A levels in Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology etc. would be highly desirable.
• An understanding of the Royal Navy Weapons engineering department would be highly advantageous.
• Experience of working with Mid-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of business strategy and provide support to identify solutions to deliver that strategy.
• Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level.
