A specialist Insurance advisory team with offices in the US and Europe is recruiting an M&A Associate (or possibly experienced Analyst into London).

The team boasts excellent global insurance and insurtech credentials and MDs with strong track records (of both deal flow and successfully building advisory businesses).

You will work on a wide range of transactions from buy and sell-side M&A, to capital raises and valuation expertise and strategic advice.

Responsibilities will centre on:

You will be responsible for the management of live transactions
You will aid and help drive the team's production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation
Begin developing strategic ideas for clients
Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintenance of client relationships and new business generation

Profile:

You have accrued FIG corporate finance experience (and ideally some Insurance specific exposure) and be keen to specialise in Insurance
Experience will have been accrued in a large investment bank, boutique or consultancy
A robust financial modelling and valuations skillset is desired
