Job description

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible start/finish between 7 AM - 6 PM)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised EA & Office Administrator to join a growing company in Doncaster. This brand-new role has been created to support the Managing Director with executive assistance while ensuring smooth operations across admin, compliance, governance, and HR functions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Executive Support: Assist the Managing Director with diary management, meeting coordination, and task follow-ups
  • Office Administration: Oversee premises management, IT systems, vehicle administration, ordering supplies, and general office organisation
  • Compliance & HR: Maintain certification records (ISO9001, CHAS, PEFC), track staff holidays, prepare payroll data, and ensure policy adherence
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with customer presentations, field sales documents, and pre-qualification questionnaires
  • Reporting & Systems: Maintain CRM records, track company KPIs, and update internal process documentation
Requirements
About You
  • A self-motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office 365) and experience managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work across teams
  • Comfortable in a quieter office environment with a "heads down, get things done" approach
  • Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or built environment sectors is a plus
