Business Development Associate (UK Adviser Channel)

A bit about the job:
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Global Wealth UK team. Based in London, you will be responsible for supporting our sales Directors in the development of new business and engaging directly with a panel of smaller adviser firms. The role sits within our Global Wealth UK team, which is responsible for managing and developing relationships with intermediaries and discretionary wealth managers. Within the role, you will work with regional sales directors to look after small value Adviser accounts and manage an individual panel of accounts while working closely with the regional sales team to provide the most suitable client coverage. You will be responsible for monitoring and tracking client data to monitor sales flow, identify new opportunities, and support accounts at risk for attrition while working closely with their regional sales team.

What you’ll get for this role:
In this role, you’ll be ‘Certified’ under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that we’ll need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and we’ll need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain ‘fit and proper’ and competent to carry out your role. We’ll provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
