Lead Business Analyst

We're working with a leading financial and legal services business that has an average year-on-year growth of 20% and is at the point of leveling up and scaling their entire tech team.

As part of this, they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has strong knowledge working on projects with APIs and Data to support the technical teams as well as setting a high standard of working across the function.

They are continuing to invest in the technology team with the introduction of this Senior/Lead Business Analyst role to ensure that processes are clearly defined and communicated to all key stakeholders. With 2 major key projects lined up for you as the Senior Business Analyst, you'll be supporting the launch of new systems as well as sitting across the core function and supporting smaller changes, whether it's a new piece of software, process change, or looking at the impact.

What you need to be successful as the Senior Business Analyst:

• Experience working full-process as a Business Analyst from cradle to grave.
• MUST have experience working & understanding of APIs and working with Data.
• Advantageous if you have experience working in insurance, fin-tech, or other regulated industries.
