Job description

Are you a HR professional with 2 years of experience ready to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top US Law Firm as a key member of a well-established HR team. This role will report directly into the Senior HR Manager and will also work closely with the Graduate Recruitment Manager and the wider London and Global HR teams.

Base pay range
  • Salary £35,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 remote)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all work experience and internship applications
  • Support with the preparation of HR documentation e.g. probation letters
  • Administer the new joiner life cycle i.e. issue contracts of employment, on-board new joiners to the HR system, initiate background checks and visa sponsorships, arrange new joiner induction meetings, and prepare schedules
  • Conduct Right to Work and Conflicts Checks and flagging any discrepancies to the Senior HR Manager
  • Take ownership of new joiner trackers and checklists for associates, trainees, and business services staff
  • Coordinate leaver administration including conducting business services staff exit interviews where appropriate
  • Assist with filtering trainee applications and assist with setting up trainee interviews
  • Attending Law Fairs and Graduate Recruitment Events, ordering and designing branded merchandise for marketing
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working within HR
  • Experience working in a Law Firm or other professional services
