  • £30,000 and rising to £35,000 after successful completed training plan.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive your entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sale.
  • Self-generating face to face appointment bookings through company supplied data.
  • Strategic planning and management of your own territory.
  • Establish trusting relationships with new customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Pipeline management – build sales pipeline, develop, and implement sales activity plans across the year.
  • Customer Focussed – actively seeks out the best solution for the customer and recognises that our success is driven by our customers’ success.
  • Achievement / Goal Driven – sets high standards, challenging goals and is determined to exceed them.
  • Good Communicator & Active Listener – clear and concise communicator and expresses genuine interest in what others are communicating.
  • Negotiate & Persuade – the ability to negotiate, persuade and influence others in order to support a particular course of action.
  • Organised – stay focused on different tasks, able to use time & energy effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired outcome.

  • A valid UK Drivers Licence.
