Circa: £65,000

Venatu Recruitment Group is working with our client in London to recruit a Workshop Manager permanently.

Support the Engineering Manager in vehicle maintenance, compliance, and team management to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop engineering staff.
2. Oversee vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics.
3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
4. Maintain garage facilities and equipment.
5. Keep accurate records and reports.
6. Act as deputy when needed.

Requirements

1. Expertise in vehicle maintenance, mechanical/electrical engineering.
2. Knowledge of health & safety, DVSA, and TfL regulations.
3. Strong leadership and compliance skills.

Ideal for a hands-on leader with technical and management experience.
