A renowned Pub andhotel in King's Lynn, East of England, Is looking to grow their team and is in need of a CDP

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our clientshotel. You will be creating delectable dishes in a bustling environment, utilising the freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Their restaurant prides itself on offering a range of mouthwatering seasonal dishes, and theirBar & Lounge serves afternoon tea, tapas, and a variety of beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
  • Ensuring kitchen activities operate smoothly on a daily basis.
  • Upholding high food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (2 years plus experience)
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
  • Knowledge of European, British and western cuisines
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Competitive salary of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum.
