Summary

This is a 12 months Fixed-Term Contract, Part Time working 18 hours a week.
Salary: £38,067 - £42,378 pro-rata
The location of this role is National where we offer hybrid working, you will be based in one of our following offices and from home - Newcastle, York, Manchester, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Portsmouth (Fort Cumberland) and Cambridge.

What you will be doing
As part of Historic England's Regions Group, you will use both your expert technical knowledge and your excellent interpersonal skills to advise on and develop sustainable proposals for repair and adaptive re-use of traditional buildings. The post will principally be concerned with providing technical and professional support on behalf of Historic England to the Museum Estate and Development Fund, which is administered on behalf of DCMS by the Arts Council England.
Alongside this chief role, you will also have the opportunity to work with Historic England's Partnerships Teams, who are responsible for the delivery of HE's discretionary services for and with local partners.
