  • Run weekly licensee pipeline reports from Hubspot.
  • Perform regular analysis to ensure data completeness in Hubspot and work with team members to retrieve any missing information.
  • Work with the Data Assurance Team to ensure they have licensees’ product catalogue once it is sent to you.
  • Support with wider licensee communications to request product catalogue data.
  • Become an expert on their service.

A spotlight on the team and culture:

Prospective associates will be welcomed into a collaborative and rewarding environment that thrives on challenges. As the company navigates the fast-paced industry, the team embodies a culture of continuous learning and growth. Join the team in Central London, where innovation meets ambition.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
