Location: Southend On Sea
Salary: £29K Basic + Uncapped Bonus £35K
Working hours: Mon to Fri - 8:30 - 5:30 (1 hour Lunch) NO WEEKENDS

Are you looking to join a highly successful dealership in Southend-On-Sea? We are seeking a skilled and experienced MOT Tester to join our client's workshop. The successful MOT Tester will be responsible for completing MOT tests, requiring a strong understanding of automotive systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

MOT Tester role:

• Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test results and additional work necessary
• Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge
• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work

Requirements for MOT Tester:

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Previous experience as an MOT Tester
• Thorough and meticulous
• Efficient & flexible
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer & quality awareness
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Full UK driving licence
