Role: FP&A Analyst – Global Hospitality Business (Multisite)
Location: Central London
This opportunity is working for a well-established and successful Global Hospitality business with a brilliant brand in the sector and going through a period of sustained growth. You will be a crucial member of the Finance team, reporting into the Finance Director. This unit of the finance team plays a critical role in financial management of the business and delivery of the growth strategy. The role of the FP&A Analyst is to lead the preparation of weekly flash reporting, assisting with the annual budgeting and reforecast processes across the Group as well as supporting with the financial analysis and production of accurate, insightful information to help inform both short term and long-term strategic decisions at the C-Suite level. Role Responsibilities:
Production of regular reporting packs and work with stakeholders to help drive and improve business performance
Develop and produce accurate and timely monthly forecasts for multiple sites
Partner with and support the site leaders, site finance team and senior finance business partner with financial modelling, project reviews and internal business case
Responsible for the provision and analysis of data for sales forecasting and cost analysis
Groupe overheads forecast and reporting, working with key stakeholders on clarity of cost base and impact on the different sites
Provide ad hoc report to the wider commercial finance team
Build and drive continuous improvements in the budgeting and forecasting models
Drive innovative communication strategies to facilitate faster and more accurate business decision making
Candidate Requirements:
ACCA/CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant
Advanced Excel experience
2-4 years of experience in a multi-site business is preferable
Excellent data analysis and presentation skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex and large datasets
Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to model them
Analytical, creative thinker, who is detail oriented
Willingness to implement process improvement
Experience with data analytics visualisation tools e.g. Power BI / Tableau
