Senior Internal Communications Manager

We are working with an exciting retail brand who are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager.

As Senior Internal Communications Manager you’ll be responsible for ensuring colleagues are kept well informed and engaged.

You’ll develop and implement an engaging internal communications strategy and plan and seek approval from the Exec Leadership Team. You will be a strong stakeholder manager with great ability to develop relationships.

You need to be an excellent events manager with a real passion for face-to-face events. You must have experience planning end to end events.

This role requires you to be a self-starter, interacting confidently with people from all departments and all levels, including the Exec Leadership Team, to clearly communicate all brand and company-wide news on a daily and weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience of working successfully in internal communications across a dispersed colleague base and event management is essential
• Experience in leading and delivering internal communications strategies
• One direct report
