We’re on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to play a key role in a major ServiceNow transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to bridge business needs with technical capabilities, optimize IT service management, and deliver real value in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the ServiceNow transformation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define workflows, processes, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into ServiceNow capabilities.
• Support UAT, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption.
• Drive best practices in ITSM, Agile methodologies, and business process optimization.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, with expertise in ITSM transformations.
• Strong ability to elicit, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive process improvements.
