Imaging Services are seeking to recruit an Admin Team Lead to join their existing team.
The ideal candidate will need to be highly self-motivated and have an excellent eye for detail. Training will be given but clinical knowledge of the imaging modalities is desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day co-ordination of the workforce within the team ensuring the administrative functions, including both booking and reception, reflect both the department and trust values.
The post holder will lead in managing the Radiology bookings for a range of complex examinations monitoring diagnostic waits and potential breaches, escalating these as appropriate. You will be responsible for ensuring that a professional, comprehensive and efficient booking service is delivered to all patients and appointments are correctly made by the team in accordance with departmental SOPs and Trust protocols.
You will be someone who can effectively switch between tasks, supervise a team across a broad range of diagnostic imaging modalities and have a proactive approach to motivating teams through continuous support, mentoring and training.
