Lettings Negotiator

Due to recent business growth they are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their branch in Knowle. This is a great opportunity to join a great team who pride themselves on their positive working environment and supportive team culture.

Lettings Negotiator – Package

• A basic salary of up to £24,000 plus commission OTE of £30,000+
• Parking on site
• Holiday allowance of 20 days plus bank holidays

Lettings Negotiator – Duties

• To work with the lettings team to achieve branch goals, dealing with legal documentation ensuring that all tenancies are compliant.
• Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
• Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
• Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback.
• Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
• Process move ins, working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
• Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants are informed.
• Maintain regular communications with both landlord and tenant through the process, ensuring a quality working relationship is fostered and maintained.
• Support the wider lettings team in order to support a well run branch and lettings department.

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous.
• Great Sales/ Customer Service experience.
• A natural with people.
• Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages.
• You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

You will be experienced in lettings and/or property management and be looking to work in a team-focused environment to achieve the branch goal.
