Home Care Assistant - Sponsorship

1 YEAR Skilled Worker Sponsorship for UK applicants only (Transfer / Switch)

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

• Be an experienced female carer with a minimum of 3-5 years Home Care experience.
• Be available for early mornings, evenings, and alternative weekends (this is to fulfill contracted hours).
• Must be a confident driver with a valid driver's license and access to own car.
• Have a genuine passion to help others.
• Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English (Test evidence required).
• Police clearance checks.

Duties will include:

• Motivating clients to get the most out of their day.
• Personal care.
• Administering medication.
• Assisting clients with washing and dressing.
• Shopping.
• Housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Taking clients for appointments or outings.

The current sponsorship process time can be anything from 8 to 12 weeks due to Home Office administration.

Locations: We cover a few Right at Home office territories, including Twickenham & Richmond, Guildford, Farnham, Alton, and Bordon. We would prefer candidates in these locations, but if you are outside these areas and are happy to relocate, you can apply. We unfortunately are unable to support with relocation at this time.
