Locum CBT Therapist (Band 7) - Hybrid Role in Grimsby)

Are you a CBT Therapist looking for a hybrid locum role with a mix of face-to-face and remote working? We have an exciting opportunity in Grimsby, offering great pay, flexibility, and a manageable caseload within an established IAPT service.

Key Details:

Job Title: CBT Therapist (Band 7)

Location: Grimsby (Hybrid - 2 days face-to-face, 3 days remote)

Duration: Ongoing contract

Schedule: Full-time (will consider 4 days per week)

Caseload: 20 clients per week

System Used: System One

Intervention Level: Step 3 interventions

Start Date: ASAP

Rate of Pay: £33-£36 per hour (Umbrella, dependent on experience)

A Day in the Life of a CBT Therapist:

Join our team as a CBT Therapist and provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions for individuals with moderate to severe mental health conditions. Your core responsibilities include:

1. Conducting Step 3 CBT interventions with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and related disorders
2. Managing a caseload of 20 clients per week
3. Providing both face-to-face and remote therapy sessions
4. Using System One for accurate clinical record-keeping
5. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. BABCP Accreditation (or working towards accreditation)
2. Experience providing CBT interventions within an IAPT or similar service
3. Proficiency in System One (or willingness to learn)
4. Strong communication and clinical skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid caseload effectively

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This hybrid role offers full-time (5 days per week) or part-time (4 days per week) flexibility. The contract is ongoing, with the potential for long-term engagement based on performance and service needs.
