This company is growing out their team on the contract desk as their workload continues to increase. This side of recruitment is more fast-paced and so the potential to earn good commission continuously is a lot greater. They work in both the UK and US markets, so you have a broad array of clients to work with in the tech space. They are arranging a cohort of 3 new people to begin so that they can train them together in a hands-on and constructive environment.

The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• 27k base salary with an increase to 32k after promotion
• Usual promotion within 6 months as it’s target and performance based
• 40% commission structure on top of the base salary
• Hands-on training from the top billers who are billing 6 figures
• Holiday incentives 2x a year to places such as Mykonos, New York and Paris
• Rooftop bar for office parties
• Beer fridge for an early finish Thursdays
• Work from home at least once a week when promoted
• Casual dress
• Monthly socials with your team cocktail nights, restaurants and bottomless brunch

The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Business development by headhunting your clients
• Researching the tech market and your space so that you can market-map and advise clients on hiring trends
• Sourcing the candidate your client is looking for through advertising, networking, social media and cold calling
• Organising their interviews and being the middleman between the client and candidate
• Negotiate contracts and make a placement

The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
• Sales knowledge and experience with client-facing work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Competitive sports background
• Charismatic
• Approachable
• Financially driven
