Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
  1. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to enhance student learning.
  2. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
  3. Assist in lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and tidying up.
  4. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  5. Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to reach their potential.
  6. Monitor student progress and assist with behaviour management.
  7. Participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs and school trips.
What We're Looking For:
  1. A passion for education and supporting young learners.
  2. A caring, compassionate, and proactive attitude.
  3. Some experience working with children (preferred but not essential).
  4. GCSEs (A*-C) in Maths and English or equivalent.
  5. Level 2 or 3 support staff qualification (desirable but not required).
  6. A DBS check (we can support you in obtaining this).
  7. Right to work in the UK.
