Futureheads is exclusively partnered with a UK-based EdTech scaleup that delivers some of the world’s most technologically advanced workforce training solutions. They support businesses / industries where both safety and high-level training are absolutely essential, and they’ve transformed workplace education through a combination of cutting-edge SaaS tools, VR simulations and bespoke e-learning content which is delivered via their platform.

Our client is going through an exciting phase of growth, with the goal of scaling their technical team, as well as raising the bar for talent even higher, so they can continue to innovate and push boundaries. Subsequently, they’re looking to recruit an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to help them on this journey.

Reporting into their VP of Technology, this client-facing role will focus on their B2B SaaS offering and will involve collaboration with multiple tech / digital teams to keep projects on schedule, whilst improving the quality of outputs. Additionally, it’s a chance to support quarterly roadmap planning, whilst leveraging your expertise to boost team efficiency, and enhance overall technical standards across the business unit.

This will suit a Technical Delivery Manager that has gained B2B SaaS experience in a highly regulated industry. Furthermore, it requires the necessary communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, as well as the seniority to comfortably steer multiple concurrent projects, such as migrations, onboarding and integrations.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience as a Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager.
2. Good technical knowledge and mindset, preferably with an engineering background or Computer Science degree.
3. B2B SaaS experience.
4. Previously worked in heavily regulated and / or safety critical industries such as Utilities, Telecoms, Healthcare, Transportation, Education.
5. Experience with data migration projects.
6. Highly proficient in Agile, utilising different methodologies within cross-function teams.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Demonstrable experience of managing simultaneous complex technical projects.
9. Relevant certifications to demonstrate your Agile and Project Management credentials.
