Our client in the Solihull area is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their fun and vibrant team on a temporary basis - which will go permanent for the right candidate!

4. Hours of work - Monday to Thursday - 08:00 to 17:00 / Friday 08:00 to 14:00

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Sales order processing
2. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
3. Monitoring group inboxes
4. Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve technical queries
5. Making accurate cost calculations in order to provide customers with quotations
6. Data input and analysis using MS Excel
7. Manipulating data to allow importing and exporting of data
8. Tracking costs and negotiating with suppliers to ensure budgets are met
9. Processing orders with supply chain for products and materials
10. Printing, organising and distributing manufacture files and labels
11. Maintaining stock control and re-order levels
12. Assisting with Goods Out administration
13. Ensuring all relevant administration systems are accurate and updated appropriately

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Ability to start immediately
3. Proficient with MS Excel, with the ability to input formulas
4. Keen attention to detail, with data analysis experience
5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
6. Friendly but professional telephone manner
