Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Principal to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring long-term success and value creation. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, the Client Principal will serve as a strategic partner, driving commercial growth, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Lead strategic conversations to understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, ensuring alignment with Dootrix's solutions.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to continually identify opportunities where we can add additional value.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success.
Commercial Growth & Strategic Planning
- Drive commercial expansion within existing accounts, identifying opportunities for new projects and service offerings.
- Collaborate with the Head of Client Services and leadership team to define and execute account growth strategies.
- Develop business cases for expanding engagements, ensuring client ROI and long-term partnership value.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and commercial terms to achieve mutual success for clients and Dootrix.
- Ensure successful delivery of engagements by working closely with internal teams to maintain alignment with client expectations.
- Identify risks early, proactively addressing challenges to maintain a positive client experience.
- Support teams in understanding client business goals to ensure effective and impactful project execution.
Leadership & Internal Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and leadership, to support a seamless client experience.
- Contribute to the refinement of Dootrix's service offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
- Represent Dootrix at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar strategic role within a technology or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level client accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in identifying and executing revenue growth opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of an organization, including C-suite executives.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading client discussions.
