Job description

We're looking for a passionate Wholesale Buyer Admin Co-Ordinator to help continue driving Skinnydip forward! The role will be based at our Head Office in Camden, London, and the ideal candidate will need to have experience working within a fast-paced company in a similar position.


You will be directly involved with the smooth day-to-day management that is needed when working with some of the biggest retailers across the globe, with the aim of growing our Skinnydip offering within their stores.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Product Coordinators and Account Managers in maintaining existing relationships with key retail partners.
  2. Raise Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
  3. Have a basic understanding of the production process and Critical Path Management.
  4. Set up new products/suppliers and download reports from the in-house system.
  5. Proactively follow up with factories, chasing shipment samples, QC reports, and any other relevant documents for approval prior to shipment, e.g., commercial invoices.
  6. Organise and maintain a sample tracker ensuring samples are sent out to customers.
  7. Liaise regularly with our DC, communicating customer packing instructions and delivery requirements.
  8. Cross-check packing lists and delivery notes against purchase orders before approving supplier invoices.
  9. Assist the team with any additional tasks to ensure timely production and delivery of all orders.
What we need from you:
  1. Highly driven and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  3. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Minimum 2 years' experience ideally in a similar role.
  5. A basic understanding of the order, production, and shipping process.
  6. Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels internally.
  7. Enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated.
  8. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  9. Proactive with problem-solving skills.
  10. Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve.
  11. A degree of entrepreneurialism.
