Boutique agency seeks strategic Associate Creative Director with a talent for ideation.

The agency

Based in beautiful Bristol, this flourishing boutique agency is well into its second decade. They work with a raft of hugely impressive FMCG brands across digital, shopper and sales promotion, turning heads and changing habits through the whole customer journey. Now they are looking for an ideas-led Associate Creative Director with an integrated skill set to help power up their creative offering.

This role offers real potential for promotion to Creative Director within a year.

The Associate Creative Director role

This is the perfect growth opportunity for a bright creative thinker to make their mark and help shape the future of an ambitious independent agency. Alongside the two founders, you will not only be leading the creative output but also collaborating on the direction of the business.

The ideal candidate should be passionate and brilliant at both the concepts and the craft, with a keen interest (and ideally experience) in FMCG and grocery brand marketing. You’ll be developing ideas across integrated campaigns through to in-store and retailer shopper marketing, on-pack promotions and promotional activations. However, shopper experience is not essential for this role - concepts are king.

This newly created role is a pivotal hire for the agency and a great chance for an established senior creative with some leadership experience to fly.

Work from home policy

Three days in the agency each week and two from home.

Salary and benefits
