Working Pattern: Full Time
Location: Reading

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Parking: Available nearby (4-minute walk)
Transport: Just a 14-minute walk from Reading train station

Role Overview:
As a Housekeeper, you will be the heartbeat of our property, ensuring our public areas shine and radiate warmth. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in corridors, lifts, reception, social spaces, and public bathrooms. Your role is crucial in enhancing the student experience, making you a familiar and friendly face around the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties throughout the property
• Maintain the front entrance and reception in pristine condition
• Report any damage or faults to maintenance promptly
• Clean internal doors, frames, and glass as needed
• Mop, vacuum, and clean flooring in public areas
• Keep areas free from rubbish, dirt, dust, and unpleasant odours
• Utilise appropriate signage during cleaning tasks (e.g. wet-floor signs)
• Sanitise touchpoints like lift buttons and door handles regularly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Be observant about students' mental health and welfare and report concerns
• Respect privacy when inside a student's flat or room
