The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team of 45 in the Belfast Office! This exciting opportunity is to work within our Accountancy & Finance business. This team is a truly collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing and one that contributes significantly to the success of the wider Belfast office and NI region.

• Business Development / Sales – to identify and secure new business and build and develop relationships with clients.
• Identifying and building partnerships with new candidates and working with them to secure their career ambitions.
• Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships with both your clients and candidates.
• Generating commercial leads to further develop your industry knowledge and to identify new opportunities and/or candidates.
• Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job.
