The Sales Operations Co-ordinator is responsible for:

1. Ensuring accurate order processing.
2. Delivering customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
3. Prompt and accurate handling of customer credit claims.

This position reports to the Sales Operations Team Leader and is part of the Operations Team located in Crawley and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Improve customer experience
• Enhance and add new skills
• Participate in process improvements

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum GSCE English and Mathematics at Grade C or higher
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service
• Call handling experience

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Microsoft Dynamics 2009 (AX2009)
• Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
