Base pay range

• Full time permanent role paying up to 105k + strong bonus
• Hybrid working (3 days in office 2 from home)
• Report directly to the CRO and be developed as succession plan
• Broad risk role with the ideal person having proven experience in Operational Risk and resilience

I am working with a global Investment Banking group who are heavily investing in their high flying UK business. The CRO has a strong team in situ and is looking for a superstar risk specialist who will bridge the gap between the CRO and the rest of the team. Excitingly the CRO is keen to develop this person into their successor.

You will have at least 5 years + in a 2nd line risk role with broad risk exposure (ideally with proven Operational risk but Credit and Market risk also highly valued) and have working experience of Wholesale Markets.

This is the no2 role so you will need to be an excellent communicator, have high leadership potential and be super comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
