New wills and probate role for a wills and probate solicitor to join this small, but friendly office in the heart of Somerset. This wills and probate team are based in Bath.

The successful wills and probate solicitor will be expected to work autonomously on their own caseload and be given lots of responsibility from day one. Your caseload will include the full range of private client, wills, probate, administration of estates, tax and trusts. You will be working on complex probate and matters concerning IHT.

You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in wills and probate. We are happy to consider all levels, so please apply.
