Job Responsibilities

• Hybrid role, part-based from South Manchester office
• Oversee engineering team and extended subcontractor network on existing client projects
• Engage with potential new clients and provide quotes and price estimates
• Target commercial clients (restaurants, pubs etc.) at facilities and building manager level
• Report to the Managing Director

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as either a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager, etc.
• Based in the Manchester area
• Could be working as a Property Manager for a College, Housing Association, Pub/leisure group, etc.
