We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to support the Marketing team in delivering visually compelling assets across digital and print. You will contribute to a wide range of projects, from digital marketing materials to packaging and event assets. You will also play a key role in ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints and maintaining the brand’s identity. Role Overview:

As Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-impact digital and print assets that communicate the essence of Lavish Alice’s bold and sophisticated aesthetic. From designing website content to packaging, social media visuals, and digital marketing materials, your work will be crucial in enhancing our brand presence and storytelling across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Content: Design and develop visually stunning web banners, landing pages, and other website content that aligns with Lavish Alice’s style and drives customer engagement.
• Packaging Design: Create sleek, modern packaging designs that reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic, ensuring every detail enhances the customer experience and reinforces brand identity.
• Social Media & Digital Content: Produce eye-catching graphics for social media campaigns, ads, newsletters, and influencer content, maintaining a consistent visual narrative across all platforms.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure that all design assets align with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and creative strategies.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive and refined visual identity across all digital and print materials, ensuring consistency in all marketing and branding efforts.
• Creative Support: Develop mood boards, mock-ups, and presentations to support and communicate creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing developments, integrating innovative ideas into your work to ensure Lavish Alice’s visual content remains fresh and relevant.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or retail, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise across digital, print, and web design.
• A strong eye for detail and creative direction, with proven experience in social media content creation, packaging design, and website graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong skills in web design tools and digital content creation.
• A portfolio that showcases your ability to design modern, luxurious visuals that align with brand storytelling and drive engagement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a creative team and contribute to strategic discussions.
• A keen understanding of contemporary fashion and an ability to translate that knowledge into visually striking, on-brand designs.
• A passion for staying ahead of design trends and pushing creative boundaries, always seeking innovative ways to engage our audience.
