Job Title: Project Manager (x 2 positions)
Location: Glenrothes (Hybrid with travel to Livingston as and when required).
Summary of Role:
The Raytheon UK Weapons team has a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and confident new team member to provide direction and management of a high performing Integrated Project Team.
Working within the Weapons team, as part of the wider Weapons and Sensors business unit, the successful candidate will execute and support a range of technically challenging high-profile projects, establishing and growing effective relationships with both new and existing customers.
Success will require customer-focused innovative thinking, forward planning, strong communication, and an ability to react quickly to changes. As a valuable member of the Weapons team, this Project Management role is pivotal in identifying and securing new opportunities, working collaboratively with the wider company, and creating an inclusive environment for the team to grow. The role requires delivery of projects, ensuring on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and high-quality deliverables, as well as providing support and guidance to junior Project Managers to aid them in delivering against their challenging targets and goals. A key benefit of this role is the opportunity to visit customers and suppliers both nationally and internationally.
Raytheon UK encourages its employees to be involved in one of our Employee Resource Groups, which are integral to our diversity and inclusion journey. We also encourage all employees to take advantage of five full days of volunteering leave to focus on social causes that impact their local community.
While the primary work location will be our Glenrothes and Livingston facilities, or a hybrid of home working, we actively support flexible working and can discuss a solution to suit the needs of both the business and employee.
