The Role:

As the Reservations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless event coordination and revenue optimization. You’ll lead a small team, manage inquiries, and work closely with the Head of Sales to create exceptional experiences for guests. This is an office-based role with one day a week on-site, offering a vibrant and creative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 3, ensuring seamless event coordination.
• Event & Reservations Management: Oversee bookings for private events, large-scale functions, and more.
• Revenue Focused: Drive sales and maximize revenue through effective lead management.
• Collaboration: Partner with a large marketing team to integrate sales and marketing efforts.
• On-Site Presence: One day per week on-site to stay connected with the venue and ensure top-notch service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in reservations, event management, and sales, ideally with background in lively, high-energy venues.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• A personable and energetic approach that fits into a creative and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, dynamic setting.
• Experience using OpenTable, Collins, or similar reservation platforms.
