EC&I Manager - Energy from Waste

Astute's Power team is partnering with a large-scale European Engineering and Construction company to recruit an EC&I Manager to oversee the Electrical, Control & Instrumentation scope on 12 months for its Scotland site.

The EC&I Manager role comes with a competitive rate per day.

Key skills:

1. Lead and manage the EC&I engineering scope for the new EfW plant, ensuring technical compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
2. Oversee the design, specification, procurement, and installation of EC&I systems.
3. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
4. Ensure EC&I works comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
5. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
6. Support the development of testing and commissioning plans, ensuring seamless integration of electrical and control systems.
7. Interface with project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and other engineering disciplines.
8. Develop and implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies for EC&I-related activities.
9. Maintain project documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and effective communication.
