Graduate Technical Support Engineer - Aldershot Area - Machine Vision

An international engineering company specialising in machine vision technology is seeking a Graduate Technical Support / Applications Engineer to join their growing team.

As the successful Graduate Technical Support Engineer, you will have a passion for AI and emerging technologies and will have a degree in Optics, Robotics or similar.

The Package:

Salary - 30,000-40,000 (DOE)

The Role:

• Providing technical support to customers over the phone and via MS Teams.
• Visiting customers as and when required to provide product training and support.
• Providing technical support to the sales team.
• Performing feasibility studies in the laboratory.
• Responsibility to support the sales team in Sensor and Machine Vision technology.
• On-site customer training in software and hardware.

Requirements:

• Will ideally have a degree in optics, electronic manufacturing, robotics, or similar.
• Must have a good understanding and interest in AI technology.
• Must have a full UK driving license.
