Corporate Development Senior Manager / Director - London

I’m currently mandated on a search at the Senior Manager / Director level for a PE-Backed Insurance firm in London.

You will have a wide variety of managerial duties and work closely with the Head of M&A.

• Sector - Insurance / Financial Services
• Location - London

Requirements - MUST HAVE

• Detailed knowledge of the individual process steps of the M&A process.
• Ideally previous experience in a PE-backed Financial Services business or a Big 4 Senior Manager / Director within a deal team.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience working in a Corporate Finance / M&A / Transaction Services position.
• Have worked on Financial Services / FIG deals; insurance deal experience is favorable.
• Completed degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any other related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
